About the company ARIES DATA a. s.
The company is registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 1185, Registration Number 25970593. The chairman of the Board of directors is Ing. Alexander Beran (refer to Extract from the Commercial Register). The main activity of the company is the provision of complex archiving and shredding services (refer to Portfolio of services). ARIES DATA a. s. performs these activities on the basis of the issued Licence deed. In the premises of the register office, over 600 companies have been stored (the major ones are identified in the section Reference). The overall capacity of the register office is approximately 60 km of documents. The main operation facility is located in the village of Přepeře (2 km from the town of Turnov). Other objects of the register office are located in the village of Neveklovice (6 km from Mnichovo Hradiště) and in the village Žďárek (approx. 5 km from Hodkovice nad Mohelkou).
In October 2009, a new branch of our commercial register office was opened ceremonially. The object is located in the village of Příšovice (approximately 2 km from the central register office in Přepeře, next to the speedway R10). The register office is equipped with modern two-floor rack system with the capacity of approx. 90 thousand common meters. With this step, ARIES DATA has become one of the biggest commercial register offices in the Czech Republic.
Nowadays, ARIES DATA a. s. has been preparing for the extension of the portfolio of offered services with the process of digitalization of documents.
ARIES DATA a. s. is a bearer of the Certificate ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 for the following processes: Services of the commercial register office:
- Sorting, storing and shredding of documents
- Consulting in recording services
ARIES DATA a. s. has obtained the Attestation from the National Security Authority authorizing the company to access the information of the confidentiality level “restricted”.
