Storage system

The register office premises are included in the category of buildings with an increased fire hazard and thus subject to an annual inspection performed by the State Fire Inspection. A combined electronic security and fire alarm system (security control panel ESPRIT 748 plus, optical fume sensors SS2151RL and automatic opening of skylights during fire) has been installed in the premises with a connection to the central security control desk.

All the windows on the ground floor are barred. The entrance door is secured in the third security class. The building interior is heated to the temperature between 12 – 22 °C and humidity is kept stable at between 45 – 65 %. The storage premises are suitable for wheelchair access, equipped with a stationary and compact movable racks. Both types of racks are produced by the RAMET C.H.M. a.s. company, Kunovice.

All the stored documents are in principle stored in archives boxes TYP II/350 from the EMBA s.r.o. company, Paseky nad Jizerou. The boxes are from archives cardboard made in an alkaline environment with a special treatment providing protection against mould and animals and structured in such a manner to prevent dust entering inside.
